Acumen Renovations started at the beginning of 2017 when our owners, Josh and Todd, decided that something in the construction industry needed to change: the Process. Every aspect of what we do has a specific process to be efficient, transparent, and most importantly, informative. Listed below are a few areas that we have a designed process for to ensure that we have exceeded our clients’ expectations.
Most companies do not take the time to inform their customers about the products that they are offering; they are only interested in selling them the product. It is one of our primary focuses that we educate our clients about the installation process beforehand so that they can make informed decisions for their home. When our clients feel knowledgeable and informed, they are able to make quicker decisions, allowing us to be efficient in creating comprehensive estimates. It is our goal to have all quotes back within 24 hours.
We have established relationships with all of our preferred manufacturers and distributors so that we can stay current on all installation practices. This is important because it ensures that we are compliant with all manufacturer's specs to validate any warranty. It also establishes Acumen Renovations as a priority with top distributors. That way, should any issue arise, we get a resolution for our clients as quickly as possible.
It is because our owners have over 20+ years each of practical work and installation experience that our company as a whole can offer insight on projects that most companies cannot. Our experience allows us to take on projects with confidence, which other companies would normally forgo because they lack the knowledge or talent to execute the work. We have said it before and will say it again. If we do not feel that we are fully qualified for a job, we will not accept it.
We believe that Acumen Renovations is only as good as the people we have working with us. We only hire like-minded people that share our vision of being the best at what we do. Our employees don’t work for us; they work with us.
From their first initial call to Acumen Renovations to the final walkthrough, our mission is to exceed our clients’ expectations throughout the entire process. We will treat each client’s home and family with the same respect that we would expect our families to be treated with.
For us to be efficient, we need decisions to be made so that we can create a comprehensive estimate in a timely manner. If we have all the decisions that we need to create the quote, it is our goal to have all the quotes back within 24 hours.
